Since 2000 I have worked as a mentor and coach for many people around the world and held retreats that focus on personal empowerment and confidence building.

The intention behind Infinity Meditation is to help inspire, guide and support people who wish to learn the alchemy of personal transformation to enrich their life as well as the lives of others. My vocation in life is to help and empower people to learn to become their own trusted adviser so they can truly thrive in life.

In any one moment you can choose to be the Grand Architect of your life and design a lifestyle where you can be truly happy and thrive.

 

My drop-in meditation & mindfulness sessions are a chance for you to practice and learn how they can help you manage stress and improve your sense of well-being. My half day and weekend sanctuary retreats help you discover the source to true happiness is within you and learn how to tap into all your inner resources.

 

I am here to support and empower you on your journey of self discovery and realisation of your dreams.
